Integrated management platforms for contractors
Your management system. Built in your Microsoft 365. Owned by you.
G12 Consulting designs and builds the systems contractors run on — document control, plant and equipment, correspondence, specifications, and compliance — as one connected platform inside the Microsoft 365 tenant you already have. No new software to license. No data that leaves when the contract ends.
One hub, connected spokes — every functional area lives in its own governed site, joined to a single source of truth.
Contractor documentation usually lives everywhere except where it should
Specifications sit in someone's inbox. Plant records live in a spreadsheet on one laptop. There's no single register of what was issued, to whom, or which version is current. It works, until the person holding it all leaves — or a client asks for proof.
Scattered by default
Every project reinvents its own filing system, so nothing is findable once the job is done.
No version of truth
Transmittals, specs, and correspondence get re-sent by email with no register of what's current.
Locked to a person, not a system
Institutional knowledge sits with whoever built the last spreadsheet — and leaves when they do.
How the platform is built
Every G12 platform follows the same three principles, regardless of the client or trade.
Each functional area — document control, plant and equipment, correspondence, specifications, compliance, tenders — is its own connected SharePoint site. Nothing is buried inside a single sprawling library; everything is registered, findable, and governed on its own terms.
The platform is deployed inside the Microsoft 365 tenant you already run — not a third-party SaaS product. You hold the license, the data, and the admin keys. If G12's engagement ends, the system stays exactly where it is: yours.
Naming conventions, permission structures, transmittal and approval workflows, and document control are designed in before a single file is migrated — not bolted on once the mess is already there.
Built by people who've run the sites, not just the software
G12 Consulting was founded on decades of hands-on ground engineering delivery — rope access, rockfall protection, sprayed concrete, and slope stabilisation work across Australia. That background shapes every platform G12 builds: the registers, the approval steps, and the document control are modelled on how contracting work actually happens on site, not how a generic template assumes it should.
“A management system only earns its keep if the people using it recognise how their own work actually happens.”— Anthony Kinsella, Founder & Principal Consultant, G12 Consulting
Personnel
Every G12 platform is designed and delivered directly by the person who runs the practice — no handoff to a delivery team who didn't scope the job.
Anthony Kinsella
Founder & Principal Consultant
Anthony founded G12 Consulting on a career spent delivering ground engineering work — rope access, rockfall protection, and sprayed concrete — before turning that same discipline toward the systems contractors run on. He is hands-on across SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Entra ID, and the Microsoft Graph, and is the sole architect of every platform G12 designs and deploys. Based in Sydney.

Let's talk about your platform
Whether you're starting from spreadsheets or replacing a system that never quite fit, G12 will design it around how your business actually works — inside the Microsoft 365 you already have.
